Decent location, decent enough menu, pay while ordering. Food is prepared fresh within a sensible amount of time.

We were visiting on a Saturday right on peak times according to Google. The place was packed, but there was just one person in line and then it took some 20-30 minutes to get our order of meat skewer and steak.

Skewer was great. Steak... while I certainly have had better was pretty good for the price. A little chewy, but they did "medium" right and it was an actual grilled clean piece of meat, not some glorified pork chop as many local places tend to do. Salad was the nowadays popular "random greens with sauce" affair (could use a little more variety, like pickled onions for meat or such).

But general impressions were quite positive, will visit again.

Good place for lazy evening with friends, usually crowded with limited place to seat. Good variety of food and snacks, not the cheapest place, but for couple of beers not bad. Also good place to have some water activities, Burusports boat/SUP board rent is right next to restaurant, also possible to rent a water jets. Beach volley courts few minutes of walk away. 4stars of pricy menu, long waiting at restaurant and lack of tables.

Very unpleasant staff, speaks only latvian arrogant way. If you like self-service, choose Ikea instead. Baby-size portions with cold meat. Hope those ukrainian children who works there are getting paid...😕

Location is great, however, the food is average. Ribs were not 'juicy' at all. Dog friendly is a plus.

Drinks & Location are good, food is very ordinary. But offending customers is a No-Go, we were a group of 9 and had a big order. Once food/burgers were ready for pick-up the order was incomplete and mixed up. My husband asked for clarification and after a back-and-forth with the staff, he got a rude response „if that’s what you people eat“ … ? 😳 after a short argument - the excuse followed „… I work here 27 days a month“ We understand this is a hard job, but those kind of comments are offending and non-acceptable ❌; Therefore we highly recommend the entire staff take a „diversity & inclusion“ / „anti-racism“training and treat customers with respect no matter which nationality they have (or the staff think they have).

Nice place with good cocktails and food and live dj's. Possible to sit inside, outside under roof or next to the lake. Prices are over avarage because of the beautiful place. Place is kinda crowded in the evenings.

Place is very out the way for most foreign tourists in the city, but well worth the trip in a hot sunny day in summertime as it is next to a lakeside beach. Staff speaking English perfectly with me and a DJ playing good music there were the highlights of my visit in late August 2022. Food was ok but with plenty of choice, drinks menu was much more interesting, they even have their own Murbudu craft cider. One of my favourite places in the city in summertime, definitely. Went by bike, so I didn't have the parking problems other users complain about.

It should be called pork cafe. Very outdated menu with 0 halal or vegan or even vegetarian options. Feels like back to barbarian middle ages. Pork baked. Pork sliced. Pork whatever. Pork. 100% Pork cafe.
