Good location but not so friendly service

Absolute disgrace. I had my own wedding 2 days before and after all I wanted to show Riga to my family who drove over 1000km to Latvia. We had racist experience with this parking. We were refused entrance to the parking because of our nationality ( car on foreign licence plates). We were told that there is no more parking space and at the same moment parking attendant let to enter car behind us. When I started talking basic russian(my wife is latvian) only than he let us in. He motivated his behaviour that when he visited my country (where almost no one speaks russian) people didn't want to talk with him in russian language. Unbelievable.

The guard was so unfriendly. Even was not allowing to park there. 4 euros for one hour...night in hotel is cheaper.
