The breakfast is great. Room was small, but had all the amenities necessary. The bed was surprisingly short - I'm 170cm and my feet were slightly dangling over the edge. Couldn't keep the window open for long as there were some people smoking outside and all of it came in 😬 But the location was superb, as it was located in the old town and right across the hotel, there was a shopping center. Greatly recommend for short stays!

The room was quite big, conformable, clean and nice looking. The bathroom was big, clean and there was all what's needed. The location is good, directly in the city and 5min of the busstation.
I booked a Spa-Hotel because I wanted to use the Spa area. But the spa area was only able to use if you book a stay there at the reception, so there was no chance to go spontaneously.

Decent hotel in the heart of old town. Located next to mall for your shopping needs. Room was clean with all necessary amenities.Continental breakfast is held in well known restaurant. In evenings in restaurant there was live music. Hotel restaurant offer big group reservations as well.
Only minus for me is that rooms have loud ACs that you can hear from other rooms. In first night it was hard to sleep even AC was not on in my room.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff. Location of the hotel is very good. Room was good with comfy bed, tea and coffee in the room. Also mini bar for additional cost. In the room you can find iron and ironing board, safe. Hotel provides with laundry service. Breakfast was delicious and had quite good variety off food also offered bubbles for breakfast. In the hotel you can find spa unfortunately we didn’t had chance to try it, but definitely next time will try it. Hotel provides with luggage storage that was very helpful for us.

Nice hotel in the heart of old town. Located next to the mall and grocery stores. Breakfast was very delicious everyday, the best among the other Eastern Europe cities! Reception girls Angelina and Arina were so friendly, helpful and pleasure to communicate with. As well as cleaning lady Natalia, are very welcoming. We always stay there on our travel back home and definitely recommend it to others. Keep up the good work!

The rooms were nice and the location is quite central. Breakfast was good for the price.
However, the service was so incredibly rude and incompetent, that we would never recommend this place to anyone. We had booked 5 rooms as a group of friends and they managed to screw up every single one. We had to ask every day to make sure we weren't kicked out and every time they didn't have our reservation / booking we signed for. They failed to book us into the spa access, so we got denied access when we went down to the separate spa-reception.
Not only were our reservations / booking screwed up several times, on top of that the staff was so incredibly rude and unfriendly. Our greetings were never answered, instead the staff just looked away. When we approached the reception, they seemed annoyed that they had to work and when we checked to make sure our booked and paid for rooms were actually available to us (which they weren't) they made us feel like it was our fault.
I have never encountered such unfriendly and incompetent staff.

Very happy with the hotel and room itself, however for 4 person we got only 2 towels etc. Spa was ok. A missing star comes from the breakfast, lots of things were empty: no bacon, milk for coffee, forks, knifes, cheese, even water. Seemed like there was not enough resources to make it work. All in all, still a good experience and great location.

Location of this hotel is amazing!
We stayed at the this hotel for a couple of nights for our honeymoon (hotel was Informed), we also chose a superior room as to make our stay more special. They offered us a room with upper ceiling windows only, looking towards the back of the hotel, making it a very dark room. When we asked to switch the room, they gave us an appropriate room, however was not superior.
