Three old buildings with visibly different facade in a quite street. One would pass by them unknowingly. First building resembles Dutch design and has crow stepped gable, built around 15th century is one of the oldest buildings in the town. Other buildings were built later. One can learn more about them on the walking tour.

Beautiful trio of houses and very well maintained. Stunning architecture. The most noted houses in Riga.

Riga is so beautiful city. Lots of historical buildings, hard to choose the best... Here were quite tourists taking the photos.

We visited this place during an audio tour by night. The stories of the place were interesting and it's recommended to take an audio tour or guided tour through Riga to understand the history of the places/buildings.

The three historical houses were built closely together and since then they’ve been called the Three Brothers for centuries – the legend says that they had been built by three men of one family.

They are the oldest medieval dwelling houses in Riga. In medieval times, Maza Pils Street was located in the outskirts of Riga and craftsmen lived there. Today, the buildings that are several centuries old house the Latvian Museum of Architecture and the State Inspectorate for Heritage Protection.

Had to use google maps to get there, there are no signs in the city for such places. Beautiful houses outside, not so much to see inside. Nov'22 there was a band standing outside and they tried to ask our country of origin and then played the national anthem tune, probably to make money if we engaged further. I can only Imagine it would be worse in summer.

We really liked this place, it was worth every euro that we spend for a tickets. Inside the building we found 3 floors that in each of it you can visit and learn something. There even was a spot to lie down and watch some video

The buildings themselves are pretty cool, showing different architectural techniques used in different time periods. They're worth having a look at.

The museum inside is tiny and if I was brutal, not worth the time.
