Apollo Kino Akropole Rīga

Visited venue on quite unusual occasion last time. Watched football game at the Apollo cinema since no spectators were allowed at the stadium. Had some luck getting VIP seats, and enjoyed every moment of the game. Event was well organised, thank you Apollo, you handled such uncommon situation just great. Staff were polite and helpful as well, and, as always I should add. Great pleasure really, keep it up

Good cinema, like big and comfortable seats. But last visit brought me a little disappointment. For a long time wanted to visit restaurant hall and its was impulsive last minute decision to go there, but i didn't know that food ordering works only until 21:45, but you can still buy a ticket to restaurant hall. Unfortunately we were able to order only snacks and drinks. Also for me sometimes it's too loud especially when there are some explosion in movie etc. Also thet evening noticed that one girl from staff was really dissatisfied even when we said "Goodbye" she didn't turned her head to us and just passed by. Other staff was friendly.

Really good place for relaxing and watching 👀 new and good movies 🎬

This is most advanced movie theatre in country. There are multiple rooms. Sizes varies starting from smallest where screen is ~5m and till IMAX room. I personally recommend to try "zvaigžņu" ("the star") seats. Those seats has two main advantages: could be magically transfered to bed and allow you to order from 3 restaurants (at the moment) while you watching the movie. Take in account, those orders can include alcoholic beverages. So choose your movie wisely to avoid snoring in such comfortable seats.

My daughter and I were blown away by the whole experience. Super tasty popcorn (the UK popcorn is not even close), good size auditoriums, great sound, and especially kudos for the separate showings in different languages! The two layers of subtitles a while back really did my head in.

I have been there a couple times and the films have never been good 1/5 but the actual venue is very nice. The star seats are very comfy and let you order straight from them. On monday you can get 2 tickets for 1 which is also very nice. 5/5

Favourite is screen 7 and 8 restaurant cinema. One table can order food from restaurants that are inside Akropole Riga and pay after session.

Small rooms have more comfortable chairs than large rooms, except this everything good.
Never go again to the room number 1 for 3h movies
