One of the worst services ever experienced. I bought a tablet on samsung.lv website and indicated that I will receive my order in the shop. It's 2nd time I go to the store and can't get my order (which I already paid for and it's bee n almost a week around when my order is in the shop) due to their internal problems with documentation. So my suggestion is not to buy anything from samsung website.
