THE WORST EVER!!! If I could put 0 star, I would. Don't believe their promises to deliver parcel in 3-4 working days. My parcel, which was sent almost a month ago, has not been delivered yet. Whole month I am e-mailing/calling the customer service, and always receive different info where it is. The last fiasco - they confirmed it was returned back, and I was waiting for delivery... guess what... my parcel was sent back again to initial address, which I as a sender never confirmed anyone from the Company. My parcel now travelling to/from Latvia, not reaching me as a sender, nor the final address. Will see how many more weeks it will take to finally deliver it. Or most probably months.

Very good and qualitative service. Much better then in Belgium. Kind personal. Very good satisfied with dpd Latvia! I wish you further a lots of success!

We would like to share feedback about the couriers working in our district (Bērzaunes iela 1, Rīga, LV-1039). We use DPD courier services a lot for our internal needs for our office on VEF.
We are delighted! We really love our couriers' approach and mood! They are very professional and it's an absolute pleasure to deal with them.

Ordered item from aliexpress. DPD didn't contact me by phone, sms or email even though they had all my contact information. After that they just sent it back to merchant.
Support is non existent, can't answer any questions because they don't want to admit that it was their mistake.

I never had issues with using their service, and sometimes they were doing even more then required.

Person I've reached by email recently was helpful, her name is Anna. While service was not ideal in some aspects, they resolved complex issue I had at the end to my satisfaction. Recommend, will use them again.

Worst delivery service ever ! Especially if you are receiving a foreign package.
I was supposed to receive my package one month ago! But because of an unqualified personal, I only received it yesterday, at 22:00, after already SIX attempts.
Apparently, the problem was my phone number and my address. On the first attempt, I changed it by communicating with their customer service. They told me that they successfully changed my information but, on the next attempt, the courrier wasn’t enable to call me because they in fact didn’t change any of my info. The problem last three weeks, despite all my emails. At the end, they didn’t even answer me. Therefore, I wanted to pick up my package in a Relay Point, but of course they didn’t pay attention to my demand.
Finally, they succeed to change my number and my address. A few hours before the real delivery, they told me that the delivery will be between 20:00 and 22:00. Of course, they prevent me very late so I wasn’t available. Fortunately, my roommate was here.
I do not recommend the DPD service. They are unprofessional and don’t care about their customers.

You can count on dpd to get your stuff to you on time and without damage. Are their couriers the friendliest people? No. Will they make you run to their car through a winter storm? Yes.

12 days waiting for my parcel!
I was supposed to give child a gift, the child waited in tears, but DPD ignored all my questions, said to wait and all complaints to the store. I called dpd so many times, called yesterday but again I was told to WAIT. Should I wait for a miracle? I didn’t expect to make an order a month in advance to receive it on time.
Please DON'T take on so much work that you can't handle!
I had just received a parcel (order Nr. 057579524908721) someone was walking on children's things with their feet, a huge footprint from shoes was visible, the parcel was all covered in sand! The attitude is disgusting😥 if I had a choice, I would choose DHL.
Fortunately, the inside of the package was intact.
As I understand it, the delivery time often depends on the store, from H&M the parcels reach much longer. Two packages I got quickly and in good condition 05757954678948, 05757954678964. I'm waiting for three more packages from different stores (numbers in screenhsot).
Thanks to the courier who today, on April 27, promptly left the parcel 13260012204971 at the parcel machine in Ziepniekkalns, because I was not there. Thanks guy, people like you save the company's reputation.⭐👌🙏😊🎁🍭🍦
BUT. There are problems with the parcel 05815049500379. I wrote, called on 04/26/2021, told that the address is incorrect. They said that they had changed, and on 04/27/2021 package will be in Riga.
On April 27, 2021, having called the DPD service, I clarified the address, changed it and I was told that I would receive the parcel on April 28. After half an hour I call to ask what address is it, because the site shows still the wrong address. So it turns out that the address was not changed to Mariyas 10, and the Russian-speaking woman said that in general I would expect a message in a few days, not today and not tomorrow. Come on!
On April 28, I was told with displeasure by a Russian-speaking woman (judging by her accent) that the delivery service cannot say the exact delivery date of the forwarded parcel, and it is always delivered with a long delay, how it goes! What? What is it like? I'm waiting for that parcel from April 19, 2021.
I called many times to DPD and agreed on the correct address but the parcel came to the wrong address, even the CITY one! Besides, the girl said that the parcel 05815049500379 was not even sent to Riga!
The box (parcel number 05757956715086) was brought torn, the courier said, "Well, we have not only your parcel, but many others, everyone is lying in a heap in the warehouse." 🤦‍♀️
