Really bad service, emailed to them, you have never got a response. No matter how many times you sent emails. Call them, you need call again, again and again.... because they just asked you call next time, next day, next time.... ...

Sent two forms from their home page to them, and also sent them an email to CONNECT TO THEIR SERVICES. 2-3 weeks, still no reply.

Despicable company, lies and hides problems. Leaves people without water without warning. Days without hot water.

Awful customer service via e-mails and phone.

No response on requests for months. Seeing their commission income and profits from servicing Skanstes Virsotnes I’d say the service level is something around 3 out of ten. Glad I hear and signed the paper so we are soon changing them.

Absolutely terrible customer and all-around service by Civinity. Probably one of the worst service providers in Riga. Avoid, if possible.
