Davis is smarter than the system!!! He knew that I can register a company in Latvia in 1 day instead of 3 for a regular government tax, although the system showed that I have to pay 3x the regular government tax. - Turned out that it was glitch in the system - law allows one person ownership company (small equity company) to be registered in 1 day for no extra fee.
And with Davis I had to invest 20 minutes of my time instead of a full day!!!
