Products are good, but customer service and online store is very far from being perfect. Order is canceled after almost 2 weeks of waiting (so you won't get present on time even when ordering beforehand). As excuse you get 50% discount code, which you can't actually use to order same goods, because of conflicting sales campaign on website.
