Zara home = the worst customer service!
I ordered table and got it on 18.dec 2021. Unfortunately – table was damaged. On the same day I sent email to Zara home customer service. No answer. On 23.dec 2021 I asked, when I can expect answer. 27.dec 2021 (9 days after my first email) they asked – what i`m talking about ?? They asked to describe my email address (!!!), order number, table number. I have only one order in Zara home! But ok, I sent all information on the same day. I got autoreplay in Lithuanian language (I don`t know why Zara home thinks I`m Lithuanian). After 2 days I got message – unfortunately there is no more such tables. They can offer me money back, which I`m not happy with.

No customer discount policy has been developed. When asked about a possible discount, the seller answers: our policy is not to give discounts to customers. After confirming this attitude, there is no longer a desire to visit this store in the future. Children and young people like to shop here. But the quality is low.
