Excellent hair styling by Inga, who speaks English as well. Great experience for a foreigner.

I really now only one of the hairdressers there. But he does his job really well. The rest of people are usually polite.

The only place i can trust my hair, nail and face in Riga. Highly recommend if you care about quality and the attitude :)

Got a wonderful haircut and experience here. Usually I don't like how salons style my hair after it is cut, but today I'm very happy with how it looks. The staff didn't speak much English, so at times I felt like my point wasn't being understood, but the lady was very nice and tried her best to understand, finally, she did everything that I wanted. The only note would be that the brushing was a bit harsh at times, not enough to hurt, but definitely not pleasant. As for the the space, it is lovely, smells nice (unlike some salons that smell like chemicals) and it's so easy to reschedule an appointment.

Natālija Kulakova was 10 minutes late and haircut took about 2 minutes:

- 30 seconds: I explain the haircut
- 30 seconds: she lets me know her plan. "Let's try", i respond. "No, we will not just try. We'll do it", she says. Apparently, her inner Tony Robbins is awakened.
- 30 seconds: Natālija tells random stories about her previous customers. I brush this off as an awkward attempt at small talk.
- 30 seconds: she grabs and pulls my hair firmly and starts shaking my head uncomfortably, demanding i relax my neck. I let her know what she's doing is inappropriate and that my neck is ok. She doesn't stop. Finally, she unbuttons the collar, signalling she will not serve me. Apologies don't follow. I leave.

30 minutes later I enjoy a coffee in an Old Rīga barbershop. They don't have a problem with my neck. They give me the perfect haircut for 30 euro.

Natālija wins the prize of the first and only hairdresser who managed to turn a simple haircut into a conflict. Strangely, no one else had an issue with my neck. Unless you're into sub-dom games, avoid like the plague. Go to Lumberjack or Wood Religion instead.

Clean and nice place. Loved my manicurist. She was wery good and super nice lady. Treatments was professional handled. Had coffee and tea while treatments and waiting a friend. Used couple of times Google translate but everything went wery smoothly.

Hairdresser seemed annoyed I was there, and did my hair very uneven. Front desk very polite and sweet.
