An absolutely wonderful, painless and comfortable experience, cannot recommend this place enough! I was running a bit late for my appointment due to traffic, so I called in to warn them. The receptionist was very sweet and understanding, and made sure it wasn’t going to be an issue. This was my second time getting lip filler overall, but first experience at Era - and it was truly fantastic! I saw Dr. Mariia Artemenko, and let me tell you, she gave me ALLLLLL I asked for and more. The appointment had a lighthearted and fun, but still highly professional atmosphere; Dr. Artemenko truly took her time to hear out my wishes and adapt them to my face in a way that looks the most natural and fitting. You could see the joy in her eyes when she saw the end result - her heart is truly in it! I was just there a week ago, but already want to go back, and I definitely will. :)

I like to let every Lady in Riga know that ERA Spa has applied the WORST treatment I have ever experienced - within the last 20 years.
The micro-needling – which was done without machine and almost without local anesthetic - was not only extremely painful but left me with visible pimples of the needle peeks and terrible red, black and blue spots – even now, after 2 weeks time!
I was unable to go to work with such a skin and had no income for those days. My doctor is my witness.
That was all ignored by Era even though I produced the photos as they are here.
After 2 weeks I still have dark spots under the skin and no visible results!
THE WORST TREATMENT – ABSOLUTELY NOT TO RECOMMEND!

No respect for clients time, I left after waiting 15 min after the set time, no idea how long the other lady waited, cuz she at least got an appology and a false estimate. Cannot evaluate procedure quality but customer service is below expectations.

I want to share my experience with Era Esthetic. Ladies at reception are rude and do not give full info about procedures you're asking for. Prices are way to high in comparison to other clinics, but level of service is low. For example I am interested in series of procedures with price over 1000 euro for one, so I think I can expect good treatment.
I have been there 3 times and every time experience was same. So do not recommend Era Esthetic.

I love this place. I enjoy the luxurious atmosphere and my master Anastasija is always so kind, professional and precise. They have the best and most effective laser machines what there is. You also get discounts when you go there for procedures many times. 💐

I came to the Era Esthetic clinic on the recommendation, I was initially skeptical about the proposed procedure and HydraFacial, in the end the result exceeded all my expectations - an excellent facial cleansing procedure. I want to thank specialist Natalia Vysokina for the super professional performance of the procedure.

It was my first time at the clinic, Dr. Maria Artemenko gave me Botox injections and did lip contouring. I want to say that for the first time it was very comfortable for me, it wasn’t painful at all, but most importantly, I really liked the result! I received recommendations from the doctor. The swelling subsided immediately the next day. Botox results are great too! From now on, I will only go to this doctor. ❤️
