These wonderful people came to the rescue in the most difficult moment of my life: my mother died. It all started with the fact that I learned this terrible news late Saturday night. And already at 7:00 in the morning by emergency phone explained everything to me in detail. What documents are needed and where to apply, while showing maximum care and participation. I do not live in Riga and it was a day off, I did not even hope for a quick result. In the process, numerous difficulties arose, I had to repeatedly make changes to the plans, but to me, none of the consulate employees ever answered me with rudeness or misunderstanding. They politely and correctly explained time after time, helped to find a solution. The diplomat himself several times came to meet with me. I personally helped in the preparation of many documents, devoting my entire day off to solving a rather difficult situation in which I found myself. As a result: on Saturday at 17:00 my relatives and I had visas to Russia in my passports. Huge, huge human thanks to these people. Thanks to them, I again believed in good!

Эти замечательные люди пришли на помощь в самую трудную минуту моей жизни: умерла моя мама. Всё началось с того, что эту страшную весть я узнала глубокой ночью в субботу. И уже в 7:00 утра по телефону экстренной помощи мне всё подробно объяснили. Какие документы необходимы и куда обращаться, проявив при этом максимум заботы и участия. Я живу не в Риге и это был выходной день, я даже не надеялась на быстрый результат. По ходу дела появлялись многочисленные трудности, приходилось неоднократно вносить изменения в планы, но мне ни разу никто из работников консульства не ответил грубостью или непониманием. Вежливо и корректно раз за разом объясняли, помогали найти решение. Сам дипломат несколько раз приезжал на встречу со мной. Помог лично в оформлении многих документов, посвятив весь свой выходной день решению довольно непростой ситуации, в которой я оказалась. В итоге: в субботу в 17:00 у меня и у моих родственников в паспортах были визы в Россию. Огромное, огромное человеческое спасибо этим людям. Благодаря им я снова поверила в добро!
