Делал жене EU Family Permit (это не виза). Все прошло гладко, 2 недели. Денег не брали ни за что. Из нюансов, о которых нигде не читал или в сети устаревшие сведения: 1. Срок действия - пол года, но не с дня первого въезда, а с дня выдачи! Учитывайте при планировании если будет несколько поездок. 2. Доставка документов DHLом по месту жительства, опять же бесплатно. Адрес нужно указать при подаче документов. Отслеживается на сайте. Иногородние оценят. 3. Фотографии не нужны, делают на месте. 4. Все сдаваемые документы (оригиналы того, что не будете отдавать) копировать заранее, на месте бегать неудобно. Не отдавать нотариально заверенные переводы/копии, их не вернут! Фотокопии у нотариуса делать не нужно. 5. Вид на жительство (Uztureshanas atljauja) - переводить, т.к. кроме Residence permit надписей на английском там не обнаружено. 6. Гарантийное письмо писать обязательно, если человек не работает, выписка из банка - с печатью (это единственные расходы, распечатка из интернет-банка не годится). 7. Записаться на посещение визового центра можно только за неделю, т.е. на следующие 2 доступных дня! Билеты и бронь гостиницы не обязательны, но мы на всякий случай давали. Помните, что визовому центру "по барабану", что Вы сдаете, они только посредники! Соответственно получить там ответы на какие-то вопросы рассчитывать не стоит.

Definitely the worst visa application center in the world. Dont even waste your time working with this people. I will highly recommend you go to a different country where you have the embassy of the country you are wishing to have a visa for.
How does a 5 weeks visa process take 15weeks and still no visa nor passport nor updates on the crazy link they give you?
First red flag, they don’t even have a number online = bad service and they don’t want to answer thousands of calls.
Has anyone ever used this service successfully? I doubt and how do they even have 3 star standards in google ?

You apply and then pay Visa fee then Tls service fee. What seevice do they offer?
Sorry but its so sad to see how people are made to suffer from such bad service quality.

Horrible place. They promised passport and visa within 15 days. Since October 18 now we have no passport and no visa. I have asked to return passport back and as of today we have not received passport. This company is scam, unprofessional, unreliable and should be out of business.
