Lot of people in the line, but service was great and quick! The stuff was nice!!

You need to call them on 20 242 427 and give them your order number and they say that they will call back in 10 minutes, when they have found your item. Had to wait 40 minutes in -16 degrees instead . Better call them before you arrive to avoid waiting. They should mention something about possible waiting when ordering something from here, i would rather just pay for delivery, if i knew i would have to wait that long.

Went from 5 to 1 in few months. Communication is close to 0, says one date, delivers on other. Worst thing is that they don't mention that it will be late and you need to somehow find it out yourself. Answers after multiple days, mostly doesn't know anything and says to wait more. I don't know who to blame. I am not mad of workers, probably management doesn't pay fair wages or puts huge load on small count of employees. So while management doesn't get their sh*t together, I would advise to stay as far as you can.

Not the greatest experience as many have mentioned here already. The "get the item in 60 min" on the web shop means wait up to 60 min in line at the location before they find it.
Got the order and the packaging was all messed up, product was ok, bet packaging was far from new... So not too pleasant experience unfortunately...

Never ever go to this location to pick up your order. You going to spend at least 40 minutes waiting to actually collect it. You have to call to the number, they say that they’ll call you back but don’t say when. And then the magic comes. You can sit and wait as an idiot for their call or just order in other shop with adequate customer service.

Very useful place, but you need to order online beforehand to get something you want, this is just a warehouse and a very tiny shòp inside.

I am surprised to see so many bad reviews, my experience with them was great. Very fast service, friendly and helpful staff

A bit overpriced, and Web shopping is not as smooth as it should be for big player, but overall is okey!
