Ordered today TP-LINK Archer C6 Wi-Fi Router at 11:49 AM to receive at the shop without paying first. After 2 minutes received a message that I could pick up it. Arrived there, sanitized my hands, talked to customers service, payed and received very quickly. Cards payments are available. No poor service.
Satisfied with everything.

Internet shops are more or less all alike, so. From this one I bought number of devices all at competitive price, never failed on delivery. Polite staff. They have moved recently out of the city centre to nice building with free parking right in front of the entrance. I will check them again when need arises.

Went to the shop in person; order process can be improved , queue is not managed and it’s hard to tell what’s going on. I have seen clients having petty argument over that. Took above 10 minutes to pick up simple small purchase

Order sent out even faster than stated on home page. This e-shop works even better than other giants, like 220, 1A, Ksenukai etc.

The TV I ordered was faulty (which can happen). So, the TV was collected in timely manner and money was refunded. I will surely buy from them again. Highly recommended.

Bad service.
I ordered webcam, and beforehand I confirmed with the shop manager that they have it in stock. It was a birthday present. We've waited for the delivery for more than 10 days, and when we finally reached the shop by phone (which was not easy, since they do not pick up the calls to their official number) they said they are out of stock and suggested to cancel the order. Yak :(( I do not recommend. And because we trusted this shop's manager we are late with the present. Never again I am going to use their services.

Used this shop about 3 years, sometimes better (good price) sometimes worse (One received video card out of 6 ordered). Last order in photos, refurbished notebook for 1650 € instead of new (no notifications in item page and in order details). No answer for phone calling for all 3 years by the way...
