Slow as turtle. Was waiting in line for 30 min.
Don't know what they were doing. Wish could give negative rating.

I went to table with my purchase, they didn't even care make payment and was serving two other person who came after me.
Need to change the employees.

Worst why you advertise you gonna give in the installments and when i showed all my 6 months salary slips and also showed that am working here and you say it’s only possible for citizens of latvia to get it than how you gave to many indians who has same card as mine i want to report this very badly don’t advertise if you can’t do

The staff is so kind and friendly. Prices are really good.

Friendly and professional personal. In the shop is good assortment of domestic electronics. More assortment You can see and order in on-line shop.

Very poor customer service. The device got broken the same day of purchase. Did return but the shop does not return money pretending to conduct quality assessment for more than 20 days! Really do not recommend to chose this retailer.

Today around 12.30Pm to 1.00pm been to RD Electronics to enquire on product purchase. The old lady was really rude upon asking on English speaking assistance no one was there to assist. She was sounding really rude. Kindly hire a staff who knows smiling and attending the customer
