RD Electronics

Good local shop/internet shop ,gives a good service and have almost all possible electronics stuff . People working there are very helpful and with good knowledge skills in electronics . Their warranty service is very nice ,respectful ,responsible and have a good individual attention to each human-person . Advice this place to local ,separated in Latvia , all kind foreigners/people.

Rather spacious, parkkng is a bit limited though. Access is a big tricky, especially if one needs to leave back to center. Personnel was polite, professional. Product range wide and well organised.

Customer service has gone down in the last few years. Stocking shelves and cleaning instead of taking care of customers. The employees don't know we're things are including keys to the tills.

Very bad attitude for staff. Non interactive, non interested. I understand they dont pay big salaries, but when asked questions and answering - we dont have it…. And when you show that they do based on website… only THEN, they go to back and find it. What a joke of a service. Never again. There are enough alternatives in Riga for electronics :)

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Purchasing with this shop has been a real headache, save yourself from the misery. Ordered some stuff, the website said it was in stock and that the delivery date would be from 5-7 working days. It's been 19 days and I'm still waiting. Their customer service sucks as they can't give me a concrete answer or solution. On top of that, they aren't a normal shop that uses DPD as a courier or something efficient or fast, but now my package is in express pasts and they are everything but express. So now my plans are stalled cause I continue waiting for my package.

Better use Elkor, Euronics or any other electronic shop. I ordered from them all on the same date, they all delivered except RD of course. I wish there was an option for 0 starts on google cause that's what they deserve.

I was promised an Iphone 13 on the 13th of October. One day before it was supposed to arrive, it gets delayed to the 7th of DECEMBER. Unacceptable. Its obvious that they sold it to someone else

Not a firs first time use this store. Best online store, you can check item availability online. If the item in store stock, you will receive a message from RD rdveikals and it's ready for store pickup. 14 days money back, also works😉

Most of the time have a good experience with them, but now they just called me a week later, cancelled my order out of nowhere, and hung up the phone. That is quite unexeptable customer service.
