(Translated by Google) When shopping on the website of this store, consider that the product may not be in the store and the sellers will not know when it will arrive. Even more, the store employees will mislead you about the true state of things. If you have a choice, use another merchant.

Iepērkoties šī veikala interneta vietnē rēķinieties, ka prece var nebūt veikalā un pārdevēji nezinās kad tā ieradīsies.Vēl vairāk veikala darbinieki jūs maldinās par lietu patieso stāvokli.Ja jums ir izvēles iespējas, izmantojiet citu tirgotāju.

(Translated by Google) I personally came to the store, I wanted to buy vacuum cleaner bags.
The seller said that he was not there, that the model of the vacuum cleaner has recently appeared on sale and the bags are not yet widely available.
I left my number. The seller promised to call when the bags are on the spot.
More than a month passed, when I was passing by, I decided to stop by to see if there really was such a shortage.
It turns out that the bags are already there, only the sellers couldn't find them in their mess. Found! The seller to whom I left the number said that the bags will cost 27.50. But the seller whom I met now says 35, the first one was wrong.
There is little to deceive about the price, you have to wait a year.
Prices are inflated with such appetite.
I won't compare it with Lithuania or Poland, but the charger next to Zirnavu street costs 80 euros, while the same one here costs 120.
I shopped for the last time, despite the fact that it is close to home.

High prices and low service.

Izrādās maisi jau ir,tikai pārdevēji to savā bardakā atrast nevarēja. Atrada!

(Translated by Google) I ordered a battery jigsaw in an online store. When there was no change in the order status for several days, I wrote to the store's e-mail. I was asked to send a payment order. After receiving it, I was told that the product was not available (contrary to the status in the online store at the time of the order), it had to be ordered and it would take a week.
After receiving the saw, I concluded that the saw is defective and it is impossible to cut straight with it. The saw was taken right back to the shop for warranty service 2 times. The problem was not fixed.
Each time I asked questions: what was the cause of the defect, how was it solved and how was the solution tested. I asked questions both when receiving the product in the store, when I tried to call the service, and in writing by e-mail. The store replied that they had no information and no access to the service system. So I tried to call the service directly. When I called several times from my phone, no one picked up. I asked questions in writing by e-mail. After the second unsuccessful repair, I informed by e-mail that I want to return the product and get my money back. After that, my emails started getting ignored. Accordingly, I wrote an application for the return of the product (to which I also did not receive an answer), which I later submitted to PTAC.
I returned the product to the store and received the money. The whole process from the moment of placing the order to the return of the money took 6 months, 5 visits to the store (I ordered the product with delivery in a parcel) and the involvement of PTAC. All this without counting the transport costs to get to the store, another manufacturer's saw blades for tests and nerves.
It may be that 12V Makita battery tools are toys, as the salesman at the store tried to tell me the last time I was there when returning the saw. It may be that I expect too much - that is, to be able to process material that fits the manufacturer's specification with the purchased tool. However, I hardly have the desire to test it more by buying the tool specified by the seller, which is twice as expensive as the one originally purchased.
Maybe my experience with this store and the service that you have to deal with in case of warranty repair is useful for someone.

Man pieprasīja atsūtīt maksājuma uzdevumu.

(Translated by Google) The good service ended when the first product was bought. I applied for additional products, but I didn't expect an answer until I happened to pass by myself. And it was necessary to search for everything again and the answer was not received until the end. Little knowledge about the products and of course that everyone is "good" when asking about any product.
