I bought the pendants, but after a few days I received information that they did not have them. I asked for a refund. They promised to do so within 14 days. The money has not yet been returned, although the deadline has already passed. Bad communication - I need to write several times to get an answer. I haven’t even received the item, it’s not a return procedure. Their rules state: 4.7. If the seller is unable to provide the goods ordered by the buyer due to the circumstances, he undertakes to offer a similar product. 4.8. If the buyer refuses an analogous product, the seller undertakes to return the money to the buyer within 5 (five) working days. The amount of money is considerable - I will contact the European Consumer Center.

I would not recommend this store to anyone

If I could give -1 stars I would. I've never come across to such humiliating and terrible service. I was charged for something that in reality didn't exist, refund takes 2 weeks plus paperwork. I am not even speaking about rude customer service. Never shall I do anything with this company. They really need to learn how to do business.
