LAVA dental studio

Place is very nice and the lady who did my cleaning was very patient.
The only thing is when I got home and checked the receipt, I realized I was charged additional 25euro for some paste spread on my teeth.

I was asked whether I wanted, didn't know it would cost anything extra, she offered, I said yes, turned out it was something expensive I didn't expect.

Good service, but you should inform your clients FULLY about what they are saying yes to, especially if it involves extra money.

The place looks very professional and esthetic and the staff was very friendly! The hygienist was incredibly gentle, it was hardly painful at all! Would definitely recommend! :)

The hygienist Diāna Zamarina was great! She was gentle, professional and did her job incredibly well. She is the first hygienist to whom I will happily return after 6 months.

I recently had an appointment at this clinic with Dr Aleksejevs. His advise was to offer a treatment at a cost of over 700 euro and I felt pressured by him to go ahead with this procedure. I was skeptical of his advise and had a second opinion at another clinic in Riga:- they told me the treatment he advised was completely unnecessary and inappropriate. My conclusion is that he wanted to make money off me or he is inexperienced. Either option is bad. I do not recommend this clinic and I am also suspicious of the 100+ 5 star reviews from people with only a single review (bought?).

My appointment with Dr Aleksejevs was last week, but it is not surprising that you are lying given that I saw on his LinkedIn he only graduated in 2020.. How exactly did he practise professionally for 6 years? Maybe he has a time machine. I have no obligation to post under my full name and I have a history on this account. It is not a fake review, unlike all the others. I would advise that any and all patients stay away from Lava Clinic.

The clinic are continuing to lie and say that I wasn't a patient. I have uploaded a picture of the top part of the receipt I received at the clinic last week..

I will not address this further but as you can see, if you attend this clinic you will receive: dangerous, unprofessional service and be called a liar. This clinic is developing a bad reputation in Riga, stay away. No respectable dentist would include their time in dental school as part of their professional experience, but I think that says a lot about you.
