Decent little convenience store that basically caters to this industrial park. There is a wide selection of different pastries (in the morning, anyway, those get snapped up quick), some packaged food, sweets, dairy products, drinks and some general goods as well (such as TP or working gloves).

They also offer hot drinks to go.
