All that glamour at one posh place. Staff at the Hotel reception very helpful and professional. Only if there is a party in a Club 69 it might disturb someone's sleep.

Visited 26th floor in Riga to see the view and have a drink. Lovely place and it was a great view!

Strange. We ordered 2 suites. That looked like regular small rooms. No breakfast in price. We were informed about "code of conduct" on four a4 pages what we cannot do in the hotel and had to pay for extra deposit for minibar 400€. But we were never informed about if and where we can get breakfast. Or where is spa and what services they offer. Or is there wifi available. Or restaurant. Rooms (Monte Carlo, Las Vegas) were quite old and smelled very bad. Bathroom (shower not bath) was glass-room and looked quite nice but you could see everything other person was doing. Then we called at 10 and ordered room service breakfast for 11. It arrived 11.30. Check-out was 12 and during that we had to wait 15 minutes while they were counting minibar and towels in room. What a soviet time service!

Unusual and v interesting place to stay. Enjoyed comp upgrade due 65th b day. Huge suite, 20 mins walk to old town.
Booked due to pool, but then was asked to pay 15 euros.

Rooms are fantastic , I could certainly improve the casino so that the customers and the staff could enjoy it !

-Hall on the floors not stylish. -Soft furniture needs to be updated. -Very stinky elevator. Strong smell of cigarettes, strange.
