1. Check-in was awful. Instead of being in apartment or giving the keys the host sent an instruction how to get them. The instruction itself was wrong as there were no key with my apartments number. So when I tried to contact Anna, she told there were no number at the apartment, no number on keys and stuff like that, which made everything even more complicated. Eventually she didn’t seem to care at all. 2. When I chose an apartment (which I thought was mine) and came back after walking, some other people were there. And some guy from the hotel stuff accused me in a rude way that I chose wrong room, whereas the instructions was wrong. So the guy moved my stuff to another room without letting me know. 3. The description and photos are wrong and the “expectation-reality” difference in huge (in a bad way) 4. The room itself was smelly, there were hair on sheets, the furniture was broken (I almost fell down from chair trying to sit on it). The floor was dirty as well. It was a general feeling like no one cleaned the room after the previous guest. 5. The bathroom is shared and as there are people who constantly live in another rooms there were their staff all over the bath. The toilet sit was dirty as well and I have doubts if it is cleaned at least once a day 6. When I tried to contact Anna about this she didn’t respond so eventual I refused to stay in a hotel and lef
