Tallink Hotel Riga

The staff were not the warmest, friendliest people, but were helpful enough. We had a bit of a mix up upon checking in here we received a double bed instead of a twin, but the staff were very helpful in amending this. Additionally, our shower did not drain properly and when we mentioned it upon checking out they were very swift to sort it (one of the receptionists glided off with a note with the details). The hotel location is excellent. We walked everywhere we needed to go around the town. The breakfast had a good variety of food. I would stay again, the main thing I think this hotel could improve on would be the friendliness of staff (stony faces are not very welcoming).

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful (everyone from the bar, restaurant and to the cleaning). The room was perfect, especially the beds and pillows - beautifully decorated. Breakfast was really good and had a lot of choices.
The location was excellent, close to everything.
Over all it was the perfect stay for us and we would like to return one day.

Every time we visited Riga, we always stay in this hotel. The room are nice, clean & spacious. Member of staff was pleasant & polite. We had an issue with broadband, so they fixed immediately. Cleaners are polite too. The room was warm, the bed was so comfy so I felt like I sleep in my own bed. Breakfast could be a bit better as I’m a raw vegan & I didn’t have much to eat apart of bowl of fruits. Would be nice to see more fruits & veggies. Overall, I’m very satisfied. We booked two rooms and members of staff located our room next to each other. Other room had a bit of problem with TV, but it got fixed immediately. I would advise to change TV in standard rooms as they are too old, as also carpet looks a bit old.

Nice and well equipped rooms with comfortable beds and great bathroom. Cleaning service everyday. Bar lounge is open until 1:00 AM. Breakfast are very generous with a wide variety of food and drinks. A cook is also there to prepare an omelette fir for you, for example. Another big plus are the conference rooms that are variable so they can suit everybody's needs, again with very tasty catering. Also helpful personnel speaking multiple languages.

Hotel is in the City center and rooms are clean, modern and fresh. Restaurants were also good. But the staff at the reception are so rude towards customers that I can't give better rating. They should understand what kind of service Tallink hotels in Tallinn offers.

We've had the suite room for a night and everything was nice. The breakfast was really great and lots of choices were available. The room in itself was great even if the shower looked kinda rusty. Tv's are getting old and don't have great viewing angles.
In a nutshell the room was nice and the price was okay.

Hotel was quiet even though our room was directly above a very busy street. Everything was clean. Personnel was very professional and polite. Drink menu in lobbybar is versatile. Food in restaurant Elements is delicious and presentation is beautiful.

I was happy to stay at the hotel as it has a good location and a reasonable price. The hotel has friendly and professional staff who are responsive to all my requests. The room has everything you need for a business trip. The hotel is suitable for a short trip or a long one. Nice bed and bathroom, but hotel rooms are often overpriced. Too crowded in the hotel upon check-in. The hotel is in a convenient location where you can walk to the required area.
