• Delivery to door (costs €10) was 1 hour late. Trip start delayed.
• Didn't contact me prior to delivery to find out the address.
• Driver forgot to record exterior damages. Asked me to take pictures and sent him when we were already en route.
• No one appeared to take the car back at the appointed time. I had to call myself and find out they will be 50 minutes late.
• After 50 minutes they informed me they will be late for another 2.5 hours. Asked me to go and pay the parking (will be refunded).
• Didn't get the security deposit back at the promised time. Had to ask to to figure it out.
• Also only 100km included in rental price, you should pay to get the extra.
the worst experience by now will be SIA "Ambercar".
Have nothing to say about the car and the person who delivered it, vehicle clean in and out, delivered on time and in professional manner. Would be a good option for people who wants to rent affordable good car and not a small boring vehicle offered by airport with the same price.
First of all want to say that their website "adds" some extra charges if you are not careful enough, you might not see these extras if you not counting everything yourself, in my case it was the child seat which I wasn't asking for but the website was adding it automatically so I couldn't remove it while booking online, I booked vehicle through the chat and the price difference between booking it online and with person was around 80 EURO..! (been told that there are works on the website, but by reading more reviews here I see that I'm not the only one who been dealing with this)
Second thing delivery to the airport out of their working hours cost me 50 EURO, I didn't pay attention on this before I paid, I would say this is my problem, but just to let you know that if your plane arrives late be ready to pay 1 days rent price...
Been renting with the other Latvian companies, this usually costs around 10-20 EURO if delivered late hours.
What I didn't like the most: Of course I been informed that the car has to be returned in the same condition as been collected (diesel amount, cleanliness in and out) and I treated this with respect as this is absolutely normal thing all the companies practising and so did I, had to leave the car at the car park next to the airport, washed and filled FULL fuel tank (got sure that it's not possible to put more fuel) at the petrol station just before the parking, later next day I got an EXTRA bill for missing diesel for 9.78 EURO, which is 3.9L in their words. After this I texted them in Whatsapp explaining the situation, response was rapid and I been told that this will be sorted and agreed with the manager.
After this I been contacting them everyday for three days, they wasn't answering my messages and didn't pick up the phone until today I been said again that I have to pay this bill as the petrol was missing..
Of course this is first and the last time I'm using the company, would never recommend this to any friends or family. There are more cheap options with the better attitude for the clients.
Car was booked and fully prepaid, but late at night came rejection.

Money is reserved on card and plans are broken.
Trying to make a chargeback.

100 km/day it is a normal practice in Europe if you rent from the private rental company.
Any global or private company will record the body of the car.
They will find a car in your price range. Very helpful staff.
