This rental car company made unauthorized charges to my credit card and refuses to contact me with an itemized list or provide justification. They take advantage of international travelers. Will make sure that future travelers from my company do not use their service.

I recommend this car rental: We had completely new and clean car, with great customer service, communication and very kind people in the office. Also returning of the car was quick and completely hassle-free.

absolutely astonishing bad customer and service attitude, hidden fees for damage, treats from stuff, unforgettable bad holidays with them, and become very expensive for what we haven't done , I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT IF YOU COMING FROM ABROAD

The worst company we have used to rent a car. We took the full insurance and the car was already damaged before us, but after 2 months they claimed that it was done by us and charged the credit card by 280 eur without any authorisation. They are robbers and not professional at all. They just want make money on foreign customers ! Now they don't reply to our calls, messages etc. Or even if they reply the answer is 'we need to check'. Because they perfectly know that the damage was not done by us and they just steal our money. But we will not leave it like this as I am Latvian, but living abroad for some time and continue with the necessary actions if they don't reimburse
us money. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Excellent experience. Got an upgrade to the bigger car than booked, and it was brand new.
Car was delivered right to the doorstep of the airport and drop off was easy. Recommend !

Great service and very responsive to any question. One of the few rentals in Riga that has 7 seaters.
