No answer on phone calls in working time,
agreed booking for serviss cancel by Amserv day before booking.
Parts not coming in promised time.
I didnt visit this serviss but I see this place useless.

Overall good service level, but is complicated to reserve time for service in urgency cases. Usually need to wait ~3days.

Generally polite and welcoming stuff.
Coffe machine and tea service is located on 1st floor, but longue zone and caffe are located on the 2nd. Even children playground is aviable.
Free WI-FI in permises.
Even free of charge bycicle is aviable.

Clients can enjoy drinking, eating and resting during car repair.
On the 2nd floor is possible to see the service inside, I really like it!

Horrible service, if I could give them zero I would. First I made an appointment, when I came they pretended like they couldn't find my car wanted my official registration paper. Got that, then they told me that it's going to cost 85 euros to do basic diagnostics. Outrageous. Don't come here.

Thank you for repairing the brakes on my 22 years old Toyota Previa. Even though it was a Saturday, we arrived without an appointment and had to import a spare part, the fault was resolved within 4 hours. Pleasant, professional approach. Nice service environment, TV, Wi-Fi, free coffee, the wait passed quickly.

good service, quickly and efficiently. for the period of covid, it is not convenient (in the recreation area) to wait until the end of the repair. the nearest shopping center is quite far away

Needed a wheel nut for my old POS hilux. Got it quick and cheap. Thank you very much Girts!
