A good variety of goods that are Sony Exclusive. But a downside was to see the first PS4 and the First VR on display while at home I own the latest things. Also there were no PS games on display. But the customer service is great and SONY store is just the place to buy anything...

Had a terrible experience in both of this chain's showrooms. I was looking to try and possibly buy Sony WI-1000XM2 noise cancelling headphones, and this chain seems to be the more less official Sony representative in LV.
At first shop assistant asked what I'm looking for, and when I told him the model of headphones he did not know what I was talking about. Then I pointed at the box and asked to tell me a bit more details, what's the actual difference between WI-1000XM2 and WF-1000XM3, they said they don't know. When I finally asked if I can try to fit the headphones, another shop assistant immediately came by, and almost shouted that "No, you can not, you can only look at the box or buy". It was clear that the second shop assistant did not wanted me to be in the shop, asking about the product, which is at the very least is rude. No explanation followed. Frankly, I was shocked. The product that is highly dependent on personal anatomy fit, can't be tried on, and is only available for purchase?

Made PlayStation 5 preorder in September 2020, wrote can't deliver it, only 2021 without Information when, but gamers shops can do it. The Worst service ever.

It offers small product catalog, no notebooks and small amount of phones, but it's mostly a TV, cameras and audio systems

Very poor customer service. My Sony headphones broke after 2 months use when hard plastic cracked in the frame inside. Only normal use, just headphones to head and away. When asked from Sony Center Latvia, it was my fault. No explanations given when asked repeatedly. I have been Sony customer over 30 years and have several devices but Sony Center Latvia managed to convince me to avoid Sony products as long as I live in Latvia.

Well it's a Sony, nothing else.
