Ordered 2 bikes.
Horrible delivery experiences.
They promised 2 working days, eventually got my package after 2 weeks!
And that is not it... one bike was fully disassembled in the box.
Had to pay for bike assembly.

Crazy bad service, very unpleasant customer experience.
Web page stated that delivery will take 1-2 working days, order confirmation and payment confirmation was indeed processed fast, but then for 3 working days I had no information about my order.

When I called the mentioned phone (apparently store) and inquired about my order I was told "what's your problem" "can't you just wait we will inform you, we now have busy time", later representative mentioned 5 days but when inquired can they guarantee that I will then get the order within next 2 working days (given I have waited for 3 already) representative became almost aggressive and said that if I demand a certain promise from them maybe it is better to ask for refund. Which I did - let's see how that goes.

Very unpleasant experience and company clearly has at least staff issues as well as potential logistic bottlenecks.

They really need to work on communication. Unannounced stock review halted order processing for half a week. Their customer support was unreachable the entire time (on all channels). After that order got processed relatively quickly, however due to previously inaccurate stock count was not completely fulfilled. So far pretty bad impression, but will give them another chance with less urgent order.

It's already one week ago that we ordered and paid the bicycle. We called and emailed the store but still didn't got any answer.
The package isn't send nor received by the delivery organisation

Delivery time too long for local order. When you have items in stock why not ship them same day or next day tops? Support on the website is always offline (UPDATE finally online). Ordered from a different shop got next day delivery via Omniva.

Ironic that they couldn't ship my order on time, yet it took them roughly 15 minutes to blame me, a customer, in their comment the comment that you see below. Useless customer service.

I made two purchases, the 6 february 2021, but i made a mistake, i made two different orders instead of one.
I asked by email if it was possible to group the orders and correct the shipping costs...
The evelostore team has grouped the command and I received my order.
But I pay the postage twice.
I think it is not fair that I pay twice the postage for a single shipment.
After many letters, evelostore never replied to me and I have not been reimbursed.
