Extremely disappointed with the service. Via Internet MySport sold us two bikes, that they did not actually have. But were happy to take our money anyway.
We first ordered two Scott Contessa 720 bikes, with M-sized frames, and paid for both successfully. Only to hear later, that they have only one bike available. While saying this, the M-sized bike was still on sale on MySport - website!
We accepted to change the order to a more expensive bike, and paid the difference. We were confirmed it was ok to change to a M-sized Contessa 710.

After waiting for a week for a delivery, MySport called us, that actually they don't have the M-sized Contessa 710 either. And once again, the same time, this same bike they said they did not have, was still on their website on sale with a bigger price! I wrote them an email expressing politely my dissatiafaction, but no answer.

As we visited the shop today in person, they said they cannot return the money from the shop, but we should write an email on Monday to have your money back.

Definitely not recommended! Horrible customer service. And seems to be selling products that that they actually do not have.

HOLY SHEET 😯😧 EXPERIENCE

The servise is great to advice you to buy latest and most expensive running shoes. (No surprise though)

Then if you get a hole in toe 😉 after 130 km of running and then ask for repair ‼️not money back, no further service will be received.

The seller saying they have send your shoes to manufacturer (which is NOT TRUE) and they give a paper ❗not signed, not authorized ❗ just a paper as an answer and verdict from some shop representative ❗
Now I even doubt that this Asics are original otherwise I don't understand why there is no official answer provided from manufacturers.

For those willing to buy, consider that one km of your run will cost more than 1 EUR. So if you roughly running 10 km, it will cost you 10 EUR each time. 😉

Also the shop representative told me I have 'bad nails' and I will have holes in every running shoes 😯😯😯😱😱😱, that is also NOT TRUE, as I never had holes in toes before.

I used their web store. Ordered the goods a week ago including successful payment credited from bank. Received an email stating the order is being processed and will be delivered as soon as possible. Sent an email with an inquiry about the status of order - no reply in 3-4 days. Called their customer service in Estonia - they said they can see the order hut dont know any dispatching/delivery dates. They promised to call back when they get the info. No reply from them also in around 3-4 days. My friend who lives in Riga went over to the store to ask about it, they said it will be dispatched soon. Again, no actual info. On the same day I ordered some stuff from Amazon.de with standard shipping, that stuff arrived 3 days ago. The snow will melt by the time they dispatch my gear. A day, perhaps 2 is fine, but no info in a week. Terrible merchant.

Like seemingly almost every other online customer I ordered something and it was out of stock (Icepeak boots)

Was relying on these boots but after a week started to ring...and ring. Sacrificing my lunchbreak to get in contact with a store who has my money. No answer on any of the >3 days I repeatedly tried

My girlfriend sent them an email, and then low and behold the boots were out of stock. They rung me and told me I would have a refund. If we did not go to such lengths to get hold **of them** I am sure this mistake would have not been discovered
