I Did not appreciated the bad service for a standard escrow account contract filled with irregularities, expensive service compared to competitors and plus 25% increase in the cost at the very last minute.

Awfully slow service and completely understaffed - 2 people serving what seems like a 20 people queue. Wasted hours waiting.

Slow and arrogant customer service by phone (09:32), for what I even need to pay.

Veeeeeeeeeeery slow service, don’t visit this place if you have other options!!!

Be careful transferring money internationally, THEY DO NOT DISCLOSE COMMISSIONS that they charge your account without any notice or warning.
This seems borderline illegal.

Tthe worst bank I've ever seen

Poor customer service, when you call customer support they hang up as they don't speak english. Payment transfer takes 24-48 hours as they are not the part of the instant payment so think of it before you open the account. Other then that all good. Appointment is easy and faster.
It takes 30-40 days to open the bank account which is lengthy process.
At some point i feel it's still a better bank in terms of Loans, Insurance, investment. Good luck
not everyone is perfect.

After 2 previous attempts at citadel and sweedbank I finally got my Latvian bank account ! The guy who served me was really gentle and helpfull , even showing me things others would say me 2 try at home. He spoke good English. Also the person I spoke to on the phone helped me good in English to make an appointment , recommend !
