this company is definitely closed do not open an account because you would have no support and you will have lost your money. it is actually a small company with 2800 € of capital with very high risk of losing the money paid. to date no one answers and no return despite my 100 rnails sent

Most of their employees (including me) have left the company after they regularly delayed or didn't pay our salary. They have 182k € in tax debt and it seems that the company is completely out of business at the moment.

Thieves! They cut me off from my money. 800€ was stolen from my salary and nothing I can’t use my money because they want from me some documents. Don’t trust them for mi it’s fake financial institution. Weststein=SCAM

Their customer servicer is not good at all. Make you wait for days for an answer. Also often there are malfunctions that prevent you from logging in or if you are already logged in, it continues to load and you are stuck on your main page. They do not respond or hardly respond to mail or even their chat, they do not respond to that. You don't have to address them on Facebook either, because they don't respond to that either. The malfunctions on their site can sometimes take up to a whole day and I think they should inform their customers by mail. It's a bad feeling if you can't log in or access your money, especially if they are not accessible. However, both the malfunctions and the customer service need to be changed.

Weststein customer service has ignored me for months now and their latest lowpoint is litterally stealing money from my account. Please keep away from this company.
