Really polite workers, trying to talk and help, smiling everytime
These were my thoughts 2 weekk ago but during this two weeks I completely changed my mind. All workers doesn't have the same information one is saying that I can do this transfer and believing that I'm putting money to the account by paying commission after another one is saying need to pay more money for commission like this I spent a lot of money and in the end another worker is saying that I can't do this transfer, which means my money is stuck in the account the only way to get it is pay again commission and get the money which means I am spending my money for air during this weeks, I spent my time my nerves and my money. Horrible really horrible

it ususally takes them at least 30 minutes to respond to phone calls. awful!

Complete waste of time. RTU student be careful not to waste your Time here if you're not a European. You'll stand a better chance at reseurecting the dead than getting past the gatekeeper. Don't do it.

Great bank

Extremely rude and unprofessional bank, specially made an appointment with specific time and when I even arrived 10 min before the appointment told me today they can't open bank account, and even keep accusing me because I made the wrong appointment when i clearly done everything right. Such a joke! The employee is just really rude in the beginning and keep rushing me. Such a good bank I will recommend to everybody especially to those from the third country! You will be very happy to be "serve" here!
