Wanted to help my girlfriend open an account because shes from a different EU country. She has a residence permit. They required some school or work document but they dont state that on the website, also her dad made an account with a different bank and didnt require any of this. When i told them that, they just started replying with random information that sounded like they want to just confuse us and make us leave. When i said that none of that is mentioned online, they just said dont argue with the banks rules... Also already at the beginning the information lady was pretty rude.

Такое впечатление, что банк клиенты напрягают. В этом парадокс. Абсолютно неклиентоориентированный банк. Чтобы получить консультацию, на которую записываешься за 2 недели что в общем-то очень странно почему такое ожидание? (Это вопрос к руководству ковид вроде как не бушут или решили издержки сэкономить - ваше право, но наберите наконец приветливых и доброжелательных сотрудников с которыми приятно разговаривать) и которая проходит несколько минут ( можно было бы по телефон проконсультировать, но нет такой опции у банка) и всю инфу надо у сотрудницы прям чуть ли не клещами выпытывать, а ей лень говорить похоже. Странно, что имея такие плохие отзывы, руководство банка не спешит улучшать отношение сотрудников к клиенту. Ставлю одну звезду лишь потому, что на рецепшене была приятная доброжелательная сотрудница, которая хорошо выполняла свою работу.
