Service is very slow! Any other branch is WAY better. Had to wait for an hour+ to get an account balance statement... And there was only 4 people before me in line...

Slow as hell! Overall experience with SEB is quite disappointing. For simple password recovery you need to spend 2 hours driving & waiting in queue. Worst client service experience of the year.

Terrible service. I wanted to open my first banking account to which I would recieve salary. The SEB No queue. Went in, picked a number, immediatelly went to counter. The lady behind the counter repeatedly asked the same question from where would I get my income, to which I said work sallary soon to be and currently my savings, but she didn't understand that. Was asked same question repeatedly whilest ignoring my answer till I took my pass from her and went away.

It is one of the rare places where is SEB bank ATM cash in/out and you can use it without QR code.
