Very slow service and it's overcrowded. Around 20 people in que at midday leads to around 2h waiting time. You're better off going to another bank.

I waited here almost 2 hours, this is not my first experience this was happened several times
I suggest to increase counters and increase speed of service

Very poor customer service! Specially for immigrants!! After getting an appointment to open an account, which is 3 weeks in advance, they told their security department had to go through all the documents and it will take 3 business days max. Since I didn't get any feedback, I went there after 5 business days. Receptionist was not helpful at all. I had to take a number and wait in the queue for about an hour just to inquire about the account. It's been more than 10 working days and I still haven't got any feedback from them. Pathetic!!

I went to this branch 3 times. Staff is helpful and don't afraid to smile. Waiting time was good (e.g. today I had to wait like 10-15 mins). The location of this branch is amazing. :)

Waiting time is too long. I've waited 2 hours only for renew my phone number on the system and you cannot do it by online.

One of the worst banks I've had to deal with.

Bad service. I received a notification that I could receive my renewed card. When I arrived at the bank, customer service said that I could receive it by appointment (after 5 days). In the past, I always received without an appointment. Swedbank has been a TOP employer for 4 years in a row in the polls....it's a joke right??

One of the best if not the best in Latvia with a great customer service to my point of view. Had an account created smoothly and it was a great pleasure. Make sure to book an appointment before coming for urgent matters.
