今回頂いたのは私がビーフカツに特大エビフライトッピング。妻がオムライスに特大エビフライトッピング。カフェオレとハイボール。

ビフカツは洋食屋さんらしいミルフィーユ状のカツ。私がRettyにて2年続けてMY BESTに選んでいる「かりん」さんのビフカツには及ばないものの、結構ボリュームがあって美味しいです。

あとはエビフライ！これは特大とあって太さも十分でぷりっぷり(^-^)The海老！な感じ。
単品価格が600円もなるほどなクオリティ。

オムライスも見た感じ美味しそう♪中身はケチャップライスです。

店主曰く、まだ試行錯誤中で、洋食＆カフェで始めたお店だけど、メニュー表にないものでも自分に出来る範囲で和食や中華もその日ある食材で作れるものなら対応しますとの事。

という事は、オムライスのケチャップライスもガーリックライスやバターライスに変更も可能そうですね♪

価格帯としてはコスパが良いとは言い難いですが、まだまだこれからの伸び代が未知数のお店なので今後が楽しみな1軒です♪

案を出して店主と一緒に新メニューを考えたり出来るかも知れないですよ(^-^)

最後にお店へ提案を2つ。
1)コスト的に可能か解りませんが、ビフカツを2通り出す店がないので、牛カツ屋さんの様な1枚肉版とミルフィーユ版を選べたら最高です。

2)私が大好きなチキンカツを是非レギュラーメニューに！
