掛川花鳥園に行く為に利用しました。普段行くホテルが空いていなかったので、急遽こちらに。フロントの対応はとても良いです。子連れでしたので、お部屋はデラックスツインにしました。部屋はまあ綺麗でしたが、暗いです。1人では怖いかも。ありとあらゆる電気を付けまくってやっと明るくなった、という感じです。そして問題はお風呂。大浴場も部屋お風呂も洗面所も、お湯を出してもしばらく水でした。5分以上出してやっとお湯が出てくるような。下手すりゃ風邪引きますよ。主人はお風呂に行ったのに冷え切って帰ってきました。笑 せっかく綺麗だったのに、残念です。フロントで好きなシャンプー等を貸してもらえますが、部屋にも大浴場にも備え付けてあります。旅行支援で安くなったからいいけど、普通の値段でこれではもう使用しないかな…という感じです。
