Literally can’t recommend this place enough. The compassion, kindness and professionalism from this clinic is top notch! No hidden fees (they will highlight and explain to you what you’re paying for BEFORE you get it done) and if any extras they will let you know. Amazing staff to deal will all around. They took care of my Daisy girls big surgery and put me at total ease. 10/10 amazing!

They have always been kind caring and genuinely love the animals they treat. I have never had a negative experience with their service. They always take the extra time to make sure you understand what is going on if you need things made more clear. I have 4 cats and a dog we have been multiple times over the years and the service has never changed for myself. Thankful to have a vet clinic like this so close to home.

Unfortunately it took a month to get in but once we were there the service was great. Sara calmed my nervous dog instantly. She even got him to lay still for xrays. Not great news but it was delivered with empathy. He is our big baby boy.

Pricing aside (which was really great) Can't say enough about the care and attentiveness of every person we interacted with here.

From the detail gathered when booking the appointment, concern and adaptiveness when confirming, all the way to saying goodbye as we walked out the door they were amazing through a very difficult time.

The doctor that diagnosed was incredibly compassionate and still firm and decisive on paths forward that didn't waste our money or time or give us false hope. Still allowing a compassionate way to have a couple days with our cat to prep before coming back to say goodbye.

The aide staff/technicians were SO friendly and caring. Getting us in despite their busy schedule so we could say goodbye to our 16 year old cat but with NO feeling of being rushed or pressure.

The doctor that helped us say goodbye was so very kind and talked us through every step and allowed us as much time as we needed.

I had heard great things before coming in. It was heartwarming to have those recommendations affirmed.

A very special thanks to the tech that came in after to shave his paw so we could get our own inkblot, even though we then found out they do it as well which is so very thoughtful.

this was an excellent choice for the care of my animal. other places were charging double the cost plus extra hidden fees. there was no surprises to the bill and my dog is doing fantastic. and they even called a week later for a checkup on how things were doing and how the recovery was going for my fur baby. definitely made my day and I'm so happy I chose this vet. will definitely be a returning customer if ever needed.

Excellent customer service and the highest quality of care given every time we've taken our animals to this clinic. Between our visits with our horses, dogs and puppies I've always been impressed with the staff. Very affordable rates when compared to other vets in the area and worth the drive from Niton! Definitely our go to clinic.
