Delightful staff. Very pleasant and considerate, and extremely mindful of a pet's specific needs. We drive about 40 minutes out to bring our lovely pupper there. :)

When we had to say goodbye to our Dexter, the staff here were so thoughtful and caring, from when I called to discuss options, checking in, and then assisting with bringing his body home for burial. I could not have asked for any better care for our fur baby.

Thank you especially to Karina for her compassion and interest in Dexters life. From the time we got there until we left, she made sure we had everything we need and all the time we needed. There are no words to describe the amazing care all the staff have for everyone that walks through their doors.
Thank you so much.

Absolutely wonderful and helpful people at Uncas Vet. The vet we had was awesome and very good with our dog. She was very helpful and diagnosed a missed diagnosis from another veterinarian in the area. We will be returning and becoming a client here a Uncas Vet. Worth it.

I’ve always loved them but lately the customer service has gone downhill. My daughter had an emergency with her cat today and phoned them. She was placed on hold for a long time and then someone picked up and hung up the phone. She called back and they asked if they could put her on hold again. She said no and explained she had an emergency and could she bring the cat in. The answer was an emphatic “NO”. No “What’s happened?” No information of where else she could go instead. Just NO. What’s happened to the caring and compassion?

I inherited a German Shepard when he had just turned 11z. His nails had not been trimmed in a long time and you could see he was struggling on our floor and just to walk. He wouldn’t even let you grab a paw. I brought him in for a full checkup and to hope they could clip him a bit. Well it took 4 of them to hold him and I think the cost was only $20. I was brought to tears as they were successful in trimming him up. The vet was so compassionate with my plan for his older years as well. It’s a great place and I really can’t see myself going anywhere else.

Knowledgable and friendly staff. The clinic is inviting and my girl loves going to see Dr. Marrazzo and other staff as well as visiting with the goats. Front end staff have always responded in a timely manner to my online appointment or medication refill requests. Well worth the drive for the great service!
