Devon Mini Storage

Rented out a storage space which got flooded last winter. All of my belongings got destroyed including valuable family heirlooms. We were told there would be compensation. Although it clearly states in the contract that they are not responsible for this sort of thing, we were promised this. They didn’t charge us for several months rent to compensate us, then out of the blue invoiced us for the months missed of payment. They are extremely unprofessional and would definitely not recommend renting from them. They are bad at communicating, and threaten and extort their customers.

I was able to get my furniture stored right away. very friendly and polite over the phone. Thank you so much for helping me get my stuff stored!

Very secure location.. right off the highway with bright lights.. they even added concrete road infront of our unit...

This place clearly has a mouse problem. I have used storage units before and never had a problem like this. I had brand new boxes of food from costco nothing was opened. The mice got in the food put noodles in my tvs. The mice chewed up my childrens clothing and myn. The mice pooped on everything we had in there. As well as chewed all of my wicker shelving. I tried to bring it to the attention of the owner and she will not reply. Would not recommend this place to anyone!!! Not to mention our things were only there two weeks.

Amazing service and affordable prices.... I’ve had a unit there for 6 years now and won’t be going anywhere... they have concrete in front of all the units and bright security lights that shine there while storage at night... yard is always maintained and clean... good job guys.... will be definitely recommend you to all my Friends and family
