I recently had my hair and makeup done here for a wedding in August. I was really impressed (and I’m super picky when it comes to hair and beauty).

The spa was clean and welcoming. The staff were friendly, fun, and clearly knew what they were doing. It was very organized and everything went off without a hitch. Everyone’s hair looked so good.

I would return here to have my hair done both casually or for a formal event.

I followed my hairdresser Kirsten here and found It's a lovely salon. It's clean, the staff are friendly and I felt very welcome. I also got a pedicure there and they did a great job. Will be coming back again.

I went in under recommendation of a girlfriend of mine but I certainly won’t be going back. I wasn’t once told I was getting charged for a colour correction- I do understand why I was as I had previous box dye in my hair but there was zero communication about it. My stylist was friendly and polite, but clearly needs more experience as I left with multiple dye stains/ unwashed dye on my forehead, sideburns, cheeks, and back to the neck. She checked with more senior staff a few times (which I don’t mind cuz everyone starts somewhere and getting a second opinion doesn’t hurt- I get that) but I overheard disrespectful and unprofessional remarks from the senior staff. One stylist in particular made multiple snide comments and talked about me as if I wasn’t even there. At one point she referred to me as “good practice”- not professional and not what you want to be hearing from the people you’re trusting with your hair. Overall my hair turned out decent but it wasn’t what I’d asked for. Again. I had box dye in my hair from a few months ago and wanted blonde. My expectations were low and I expressed that a few times. I realize you don’t go from a brown/ red to having blonde pieces in a single go. Brassy is not my issue. The pictures I showed vs what I got were quite different. My hair is majority lighter now and that’s not what I asked for. Overall extremely disappointing for an almost 400$ appointment

**Edit** Hailey did reach out to me and gave me some clarification and we discussed my experience. I really appreciated this gesture and it speaks volumes to their client care. We were able to come to an agreement during our phone call. I still don’t feel I would personally recommend going to them- but do know that despite my poor experience, there are some quality staff there and hopefully you’ll have a better experience.

This is a beautiful salon! I had a wonderful appointment with Breagh, and my hair turned out exactly how I wanted. She did a gorgeous color and listened carefully to what I wanted. I would definitely recommend and will be back in the future.

I’ve been getting my hair done by Kenzie at Divine Escape for over a year now and have always left super happy! Kenzie does an amazing job on my hair every time and everyone else at the salon is always nice and welcoming. I’d definitely recommend it! :)

Sarah was fantastic during my facial. She was knowledgable and so sweet! 100% coming back to see her again!

What a fabulous find!! A friend of mine decided to treat ourselves to their amazing Pasta-Pedi Tuesday and what a treat it was! The spa is GORGEOUS and so spacious it's crazy. The staff are next level and make you feel so pampered every step of the way. Topped off with lunch/dinner pasta at the Sorrentino's next door, it's an incredible way to spend your day! We had Sarah and Daylene but could see the other staff were just as fantastic. Book yourself in, you won't regret it!

I booked a mani-pedi the day before my wedding and asked for a simple french manicure. The manicure came out awful, my fingernails looked like smokers fingers! My nails were yellow and simply looked awful. I had to scramble to find someone to redo them THE NIGHT BEFORE MY WEDDING. When I called (and sent pictures) to talk about the poor quality of services, I was met with poor customer service and was only offered a partial refund for my troubles. I would not recommend them due to their poor service and poor customer service.
