Iron Ridge Elementary Campus

My son goes to this school. This is a great place for young children to learn and grow. My son really enjoys going to school here.

Cannot say enough amazing things about this school! My oldest son has Autism and has just finished grade 3 and is moving onto the Intermediate School next year. From day one he was accepted with open arms and was supported by the amazing staff each and every year! We are lucky to still be apart of the IREC family for another 3 years as his brother and sister are now moving onto grade 1! We are a proud IREC family!!

My son has a great teacher but as a school, Blackfalds it is not very friendly. The principal never allowed our daughter to go there and after this year I am glad she did not. As parents we do not feel welcome at all. We will be happy next year when he is in Lacombe where we feel welcome and involved with the education of our kids.

Went to this school when I was a kid... I feel sorry for any kid in this school. Bullied or not, by a bully or a teacher.

I just hope it's gotten better since then.

I can't say enough great things about this school. We have 3 children in this school and have seen so much growth. The teachers have so much love in their hearts for their students each and every year. IREC brings a whole new meaning the the saying "it takes a village to raise your kids" we are honored to work alongside IREC to bring the best out of our children. The leadership building opportunities for the kids is remarkable. Our kids have found their spirit fill wings and soared to new heights these past few years. I want to pass along a HUGE thank you to all the hard working staff at IREC. Thank you for devoting the time into our children. Being their safe place.
