wanted to send 100 4x6 pictures to my dad cost almost 30 dollars to send a pakage thats 1 by 4 by 6 and maybe 10oz a bit much for how big it was

very unhappy with this post office, and their staff. AND phone line that NEVER is answered. when i call into the office for a simple question, their phone line is always unavailable, OR its a fax machine.
i called 30+ times and the same thing happens.

i should NOT be calling a place of business during their business hours and getting a fax machine... or when i call they answer and the fax machine is stil going off in the background of the call. I've been screwed around for the last month with my mail. they've given me absolutely NO answers, NEVER even called me back to give me any sort of update on the situation. not only that, but the old bags in there need to learn a thing or two about customer service. We don't visit to have an old lady be rude as hell to you. ive been helped by younger girls and they were delightful however once an older lady gets involved its like they hate their life. Ive already gone and placed a complaint against them through head office because this is ridiuclous. Even when i mentioned the phone line problems the lady didnt seem to give two craps about it.

I love them so much, their customer service is excellent they assist me well 😍☺️

They take 3-4× longer then they say for anything to come in I've been waiting over a week for my medication to come from Edmonton to Bonnyville less than a 3 hour drive

So slow. Multiple times now I've got notifications online saying my package has been delivered, only to go to the post office and have no slip in my PO Box even a few hours to a day later.

I called in a panic and talked to Suzy. I had lost very important immigration papers. She tracked down my lpackage and got it into my hands the very next day. Amazing service. Thank you!

Terrible service
Say they delivered a package which they havent.
Have to continue fighting for 2 weeks now.
Al they keep saying is contact person who sent it.
270 .00 worth gone well maybe women at office enjoy it
