Called after hours and left a message, not long after they called back and ran through some trouble shooting steps. Unfortunately the furnace needed parts. The tech figured out what we needed quickly and was very knowledgeable and awesome to deal with(sorry buddy I forgot your name already) All in all they have great rates(gave me a break on labor), and awesome customer service. Choose these guys for all your plumbing and heating needs. Thanks again!

My Tankless Hot water heater died on me and DNA had me booked in the next morning with Justin and he did an awesome job as well as answered my many questions! We will be calling them again for sure! Very helpful and professional.

I was doing a final clean of our house before the new owners took possession. My kitchen faucet wasn't working properly - the sprayer wouldn't pull down so I gave it a tug. After that I noticed a leak under the sink. I called DNA Plumbing and Heating, explained the situation and that possession was to take place at noon. The lady was very helpful but could only book me in for 2 pm but said she would send someone over as soon as they were free. Well, just before 11 a.m. I got a text saying they were on their way. I didn't get the plumbers name but he was the best. Quickly figured out what was wrong, was going to check for parts but a new faucet may be required. I asked him just to replace the faucet with something similar so he took a picture, went to the shop to get one, hurried back and installed it with 10 minutes to spare. We were out of the house before noon thanks to the young man who went above and beyond. We have used DNA before and have always had excellent service from them.

DNA Plumbing did all of the work in my new home build. I could not be more impressed with the quality of their work, and with how they went above and beyond to make sure that my wife and I were happy. Covid made ordering some selections difficult, and when building a new home, things change and there are always challenges and unforeseen circumstances…but Mike and his team at DNA were up to the challenge every time. Would absolutely recommend and use in the future.

I’ve used this company 3 times and had recommended them to others. The good news is most of the time, they do satisfactory work. The bad news is that when they don’t, they will not return calls and will give you the complete run around and you will chase them for months until you get so frustrated that you call somebody else.

I am incredibly disappointed with the quality of the service, the lack of follow up, and the poor responsiveness, in addition to the faulty repair job that resulted in additional damage.

DNA did a fantastic job of replacing my sump pump and some existing pipes. The work was top notch and at a reasonable price.

Called DNA for a service call to check out our water heater which had some issues, I knew at that point that it may need a replacement installed. A technician came over and assessed the situation and the folks in the DNA office had an estimate for a replacement emailed the same afternoon .

I had the pleasure of having Tim from DNA plumbing come and help us with the installation of dishwasher plumbing in our home. Tim was professional, courteous and took the time to explain what he was doing! Tim was knowledgeable and confident in his trade making the job go very smoothly!
Not only did Tim fix the dishwasher line to our main water line but he also educated me then installed shut off values on our hot & cold water pipes under the sink!
