I have used him a few times and always shows up to help me out of a bind. I will use him again.

Came to look at our leaking tap. Said he needed to replace it. Ok sure whatever, takes 2 weeks to get back to us by that time we had already called ponoka plumbing and heating and he was here took the tap apart and fixed it in 20 mins.

Perfect service. Came and fixed mistake made by Gentoo plumper and didn't mess around and string me along. Fixed error and got permit ready and was very helpful. Highly recommend these guys

I called him and he was busy heading out to another call but chatted with me about what was going on and let me know he’d call as soon as he was done. He did call back right away, showed up promptly, and came to have a look. He unfortunately does not carry the part to fix our tank but was super helpful in telling us who to call and even what part to get ourselves to save some cash. Didn’t charge us for our visit because he “didn’t do anything” but was extremely nice and helpful.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. My husband and I were having troubles with a pipe under our house because of the cold. So we called, he picked up but when my husband explained what was wrong he said he didn't have his tools and wasn't able to do it; which is no problem that's fine. When my husband asked if he could recommend anyone else for us to call because by this time we had called 3-4 other places with no answer, his reply was ''no I won't recommend anyone else." So you won't come fix it and you won't help us out by seeing if you knew of anyone else. Thanks for nothing. Bad bad bad service.
