I had a burnt out ignitor on my heating system. Was a Friday and the team at Banff Plumbing went above and beyond to have a part shipped in same day so we could enjoy our weekend with hot water.

Phil came to our rescue this week when our furnace broke down. It was freezing out and he came after hours, very upbeat and so helpful. He got it done for us in record time even though he was so busy with other calls. I can’t say enough good things about Banff Plumbing and their caring, professional staff.

We had a problem with our furnace on Dec 2nd during the cold weather. Within 2 hrs they showed up and diagnosed the problem (defective motherboard). The mechanic fixed the problem quickly and made us feel warm and happy. We were impressed with D.

David Kennedy is an excellent plumber! He was on time, professional and was able to troubleshoot AND fix 2 issues we had. One of which was out of his scope; dealing with a fan behind an HRV unit that was generating a constant cold stream of air which froze us out in November! The second issue was a leaky garburator. He found the solution to both issues within a short time and was very helpful. We would highly recommend him. Thanks again David!
