Dr. Reno

The Dr Reno team did an excellent job with our complete bathroom reno! They took the time to make sure it was done correctly, kept us informed on what had been done and what they would be doing the next day, even made sure to say Hi to our dogs as they went in and out so they wouldn't bark. They were clean and polite and we were comfortable having them in our home. We will definitely be calling them the next time we need something done, and highly recommend their team to our friends.

Dr Reno, fully renovated our master bathroom from the studs up to a stunning dream finish. Derek and his team were punctual, responsive, polite, and clean. Derek was very helpful and knowledgeable while I was picking out the components and accessories. The end product was more than we have hoped for. We will have them back for our next Reno!

AMAZING. I couldn't have ask for a better result. Dr. Reno does incredible, quality work for an incredible price. The quality of workmanship shows that they enjoy their job and take pride in their work. They are punctual and start quickly. Definitely recommend, you won't get a better result for a lower price from anyone else in this area!

I requested Dr Reno to fix me up after I had a flood in my basement.They did a great job overall I was really happy with the work they get done.I will be more than happy to deal with Dr Reno again.

Condo board hired for repairs due to flood. Wall and tile removed without my permission in my unit. No time line from Dr Reno to repair. Ignore repeated requests for timeline materials etc. Not impressed. If I hired company I would move on and and look for another but I'm stuck waiting since July 14 2022. Still no timeline on repair and my washroom is not usable for myself or guests. Multiple dates missed to meet in person to discuss issues with work material etc. They also left materials in front my door for no reason that I had to move. Other tenants complaining about timeline and lack of professionalism. Materials left scattered all over building for weeks on end.
I do not recommend because of above experience

The team at Dr. Reno completed the leasehold improvements for my business. They were extremely professional, the project was finished on time and on budget. I am beyond thrilled with the entire project and the quality of workmanship. I will definitely use them again, and highly recommend them for any commercial projects!

Hired Dr. Reno to paint my house exterior. The last paint job was original and had been worn away in some places. I took the time to sand the rough spots myself, and wash it so it would be prepped.
The price quoted to me included priming and two coats of paint. I had to prime the worn away spots myself. They did not do a coat of primer, because they said they were using a paint-primer. I asked for a semi-gloss finish and got velvet. A year later it's already got.little chip marks here and there, and the finish makes it more difficult for me to clean.
